1. INTRODUCTION
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”) is an integral part of the Terms of Use of the Website/Application www.piratecruise.gr (hereinafter referred to as the “Website/Application”).
The Privacy Policy covers all personal data of visitors/users/members collected by the Application during their visit and use of its services. Also, the Privacy Policy covers the conditions for the collection, processing and management of the personal data of visitors/users/members by the Application. If the visitor does not agree with these terms, he/she must not proceed with the registration process and the creation of an account on the Website/Application or follow the Exception Procedure as described below.
This Privacy Policy does not cover in any way the relationship between visitors / users / members of the Website / Application and any services that are not subject to the control and / or ownership of the Application.
2. BROWSING THE WEBSITE
Each visitor can browse the Website / Application without providing any personal information. Personal data such as name, e-mail, contact phone number, date of birth, etc. will only be needed in the event that the visitor wishes to become a member of the Website / Application in order to be able to use its services. The Application has the ability and reserves the right to store the visitor's IP address and, if necessary, to contact his/her Internet Service Provider (ISP) in the event of a violation of the Website / Application Terms of Use.
3. PERSONAL DATA & PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION ( PII )
3.1 DATA AND INFORMATION COLLECTED
In order to use our services, the collection of certain personal data or user identification information ( PII ) is necessary. Personal Data includes data or information that identifies an individual, such as name, e-mail address or other data that can be reasonably linked to the identity of a natural person, such as mobile phone number. This data can be used to uniquely identify a user, among other things, for the purpose of displaying targeted advertisements, messages or content
Data that is not necessarily linked to the identity of a natural person may also be collected, including, but not limited to, IP addresses, browsers, operating system, cookies, advertising IDs, device type, etc.
The Registration process on the Website / Application and the use of our services requires the provision of a minimum amount of personal data, as described in section 5.
The Application collects the information provided by you when downloading and using it. Registration on the Application is optional. However, some of the features or services offered may not be available to users who have not registered.
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device, the unique device ID, the IP address of the mobile device, the operating system, the browsers, as well as information about how the Application is used.
When you use the Application, your current location may be determined through GPS (or other similar) technology, in order to identify the area you are in for the display of relevant messages / data / customized functions.
3.2 PURPOSE OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA
The personal data declared by the user / member anywhere on the Website / Application are intended exclusively and solely for ensuring the operation of the services provided and the legality of the relevant transactions and may not be used by any third party, without complying with the provisions of Law 2472/97, Data Protection Directive (95/46/ EC), ePrivacy directive (2002/58/ EC, amended by 2009/136/ EC) as currently in force regarding the protection of personal data processing. Finally, by using the services of the Website/Application, other information may be requested or collected for statistical purposes, which are, however, disconnected from the personal information of the user/member in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data.
3.3 OPT-OUT PROCEDURE

The collection of data by the Application may be terminated by uninstalling the Application by the user. The procedure appropriate for the device, operating system, online store or mobile network should be followed by the user.

Opt out of third-party cookie data collection through the Network Advertising Initiative.
If you do not wish to have your location recorded, please disable Location Services in your mobile device settings.
4. COLLECTION AND TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA UNDER CONDITIONS
The Application may collect and/or transfer, in accordance with applicable legal provisions, your personal data to third parties, other than parking lots, in one of the following cases:
4.1 Advertising, Statistics, Remarketing
We may collaborate with statistics companies ( web / mobile app statistics ) to help us understand how the Website / Application is used and to record statistics such as the frequency of visits and the duration of stay on the website. We collaborate with advertisers and third-party advertising networks, who need to know how users interact with the Website / Application. Advertisers and advertising networks use some of the information collected from the Website/App, including, but not limited to, the user's unique device identifier and/or mobile phone number. To protect the anonymity of the information, we use encryption technology to ensure that third parties cannot cross-reference the identity of natural persons. Partners may also collect anonymous information about other websites/apps you have used/downloaded, websites you visit, precise location information, and other and non-precise location information, in order to serve targeted advertisements within the Website/App and elsewhere. Encrypted information you have provided may be transferred to our partners and combined with other available information about you for statistical analysis or advertising purposes. Our partners do not have independent use of the information we transfer to them and have agreed to comply with the rules set forth in the applicable legislation.

4.2 THIRD PARTY COOPERATION
We may transfer data to third-party partners in order to provide a service you have requested or an advertising offer offered by us or third parties. The transfer of information between partners includes applications or websites that integrate our services with APIs or otherwise and APIs or services with which the Application is connected.
4.3 SOCIAL NETWORKING NETWORKS
Our Website/Application may offer the ability to share on Social Networks and other related tools that allow you to share your actions within the Website/Application with other applications, websites or mass media, and vice versa. The use of such features allows the exchange of information with your friends or the general public, depending on the settings you have specified in your personal profile. Please refer to the privacy policies of these social networking services for more information on how they handle your data.
4.4 NOTIFICATIONS/MESSAGES ON MOBILE DEVICES
We may work with partners who use mobile SDKs, including the Localytics SDK, to passively collect information, which generally helps us send personalized notifications/messages. This data may also be used to uniquely identify you, among other things, for the purpose of displaying targeted advertisements, messages or content. Depending on the permissions granted to this application (see section 7), this information may include personal information including your email address. This information may also include precise location or WiFi information, applications installed and activated, and unique device/user account identifiers (e.g. Android Advertising ID).

4.5 SALE / MERGER / CHANGE OF CONTROL
If there is a sale, merger, consolidation, change of control, transfer of material assets, reorganization or liquidation of the Application then, in its sole discretion, the Application may transfer, sell or assign information collected by the Website/Application to one or more relevant third parties. In such event, the Application will notify all affected members of the Website/Application prior to the transfer of personal information or before it becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
4.6 REQUEST FROM JUDICIAL / POLICE / GOVERNMENT AUTHORITIES
The Application may provide data to the competent judicial, police and other administrative authorities upon legal request in order to:
Comply with applicable laws
Respond to government investigations (or investigations by legal, governmental or semi-governmental or local or Internet Protection Authorities of any kind)
Comply with valid legal process
Protect its rights and property, the Website and / or other users of the Website
The user / member has, within the framework of the legislation on telecommunications privacy, the rights of information and objection provided for in articles 11 to 13 of Law 2472/1997 on personal data.
5. PROCEDURES THAT REQUIREMENT COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA & USER IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION ( PII )
5.1 Registration on the Website/Application
To create an account on the Website/Application, the visitor must provide his/her name, an email and a password. During the registration process, the visitor is asked to provide additional optional information, if and when he/she wishes, such as vehicle registration number, date of birth, contact telephone number, etc. After registration, the above account information can be viewed/modified at any time and without charge by the user/member himself/herself using his/her personal password or after communicating a relevant request to the Application.
An account is considered inactive and deleted if it has not shown any activity for 3 years. Before deletion, the owner is notified electronically by e-mail about the impending deletion. Activity means: Reservation, Cancellation of Reservation, Login to the Website/Application.
5.2 Comments and Reviews
Users who have accepted the services of a parking space through the Website/Application have the right to submit comments, reviews and ratings through their account based on the Terms of Use of the Website/Application. This user material may (a) be posted on the Website/Application, (b) be used and placed (in whole or in part) by the Application on social media platforms, newsletters, special promotional platforms, applications and other networks owned, hosted, used or controlled by the Application. In any case, such material will not include any personal data of the user, while the user himself will be associated only with his first name and the first letter of his surname in order to ensure his anonymity. In the event that a user does not wish any publication or reproduction of such material, he should not make use of this service.
5.3 Interconnection with third-party websites
Through the Website/Application, the visitor / user / member may have access to other third-party websites such as social networking websites such as Facebook. In any case where the visitor / user / member makes use of this service, an exchange of information takes place with the said websites and the information shared will be governed by their respective privacy policies. The visitor / user / member is invited to modify the privacy settings of his account on these websites directly. The Application does not control the privacy policies of these third parties and assumes no responsibility or liability for the actions of these third parties.
5.4 Call recording
The Application has the right to record telephone calls to and from its call center, in order to ensure better quality of telephone communication, as the recorded calls can be used for the training of the Application staff and for the resolution of any questions arising from the services received by its users. Calls are stored for a maximum of 6 months from the date of the call.
6. COOKIES
The Website/Application may use cookies in order to improve the user's experience while browsing it and to improve the overall quality of its services. Cookies are small text files that are sent to a user's computer when they visit a website. Cookies are stored on the visitor's/user's hard drive but do not take knowledge of any document or file from their computer. They are used to facilitate the visitor's/user's access to specific services of the Application, for statistical purposes in order to determine the areas in which these services are useful or popular or for marketing purposes. The visitor/user/member of the Website/Application can configure his/her browser in such a way as to prohibit the reception of all cookies or to notify him/her when a cookie is sent. However, a visitor / user / member of the Website / Application should be aware that certain features or services of the Website / Application may not function properly without cookies.
7. IMPORTANT NOTE ON OPERATING SYSTEM PERMISSIONS
Most mobile platforms (iOS, Android, etc.) have defined specific types of device data that applications cannot access without your consent.
These platforms have permission systems to obtain your consent. The iOS platform will notify you the first time our App needs to access certain types of data and will give you the option to consent (or not) to this request. Android devices will inform you of the permissions our App requires before you use it for the first time, while using the app constitutes your consent. The permissions/permissions that our App requires may change over time.
8. IP ADDRESSES
Every computer connected to the Internet is assigned a unique number known as an Internet Protocol ( IP ) address. The IP address through which the visitor / user / member's Computer (PC) has access to the internet and subsequently to the Website / Application, is stored and may be used by the Application, if necessary, in the event of a violation of the Terms of Use of the Website / Application by the visitor / user / member.
9. GENERAL TERMS OF PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The user / member may contact the Application at any time and free of charge in order to verify the existence of his/her personal account, correct it, change it or delete it, as well as to opt out of receiving electronic information messages. When updating personal information, the Application may ask the user/member to verify his/her identity before being able to satisfy his/her request. Visitors/users of the Website who are minors do not have the right to register as members and therefore are not obliged to submit their personal information. The account holder on the Website (member) is fully responsible for any use and maintenance of the confidentiality and security of his/her password and must immediately notify the Application of any use of his/her account by a third party without authorization as well as any other case of violation of his/her electronic account. The Application operates in accordance with applicable Greek and EU legislation and has adopted procedures that protect the personal data that the user/member provides through the Website, for as long as he/she is registered with its services. Only authorized employees have access to them, whenever this is deemed necessary. These data are deleted after the termination of the transactional relationship in any way.
10. AMENDMENTS TO THIS POLICY
www.parking-byzantio.gr reserves the right to change or modify the Privacy Policy at any time, without notice to users / members. Such changes, modifications, additions or deletions to the Privacy Policy will take effect immediately, that is, from their posting on the Website / Application. Any use of the Website / Application following such change or modification will be considered as acceptance by the user / member of the changes, modifications, additions or deletions.
