The services of www.piratecruise.gr are available only for personal and not for commercial use. For this reason, the visitor / member / user of the Website / Application does not have the right to resell, directly link, use, copy, monitor (e.g. with spider, scrape programs), display, download or reproduce any content or information, software, products or services available on the Website / Application for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose.

4. CONCEPTS – DEFINITIONS / PROCEDURE & TERMS OF SERVICE

Regarding the terms and conditions of use of the Website services and the electronic booking process, the following apply:

www.parking-byzantio.gr (or Website/Application): The website with the distinctive title "PIRATE CRUISE" and the electronic address www.piratecruise.gr which is a platform for making Electronic Bookings in companies contracted with www.piratecruise.gr, which may be accompanied by exclusive discounts or privileges, in accordance with the terms and conditions herein.

Electronic Reservation (or Online Reservation or Reservation): The successful completion of the electronic reservation process on the Website/Application by a user, which entails the reservation of one or more parking spaces in the parking lot of the user's choice and which is either accompanied by a Special Offer or not. Electronic reservations are FREE.

Completed Reservation (or Completed Reservation): The Electronic Reservation which is successfully completed with the appearance and parking of the reserved vehicle in the parking lot and which is accompanied by the provision of services based on the terms and conditions of the reservation.

Member: The visitor to the Website/Application who, in order to use the services of the Website/Application and benefit from Special Offers, registers on the Website/Application by creating his/her personal account, through which he/she has the ability to make FREE online reservations.

Completed Reservation (or Completed Reservation): The Electronic Reservation which is successfully completed with the appearance and parking of the reserved vehicle in the parking lot and which is accompanied by the provision of services based on the terms and conditions of the reservation.

Member: The visitor of the Website/Application who, in order to make use of the services of the Website/Application and to benefit from the Special Offers, registers on the Website/Application by creating his/her personal account, through which he/she has the ability to make the desired electronic reservations for FREE. By registering, the visitor becomes a member of www.piratecruise.gr and is bound by the terms herein. Only adults (over 18 years of age) can register as members of the Website/Application.

User: any member of the Website who makes use of the Website's services.

Reservation Beneficiary (or Beneficiary): The beneficiary of the Reservation who is determined by the User during the online reservation process by providing his/her full name or vehicle registration number. The Beneficiary may also be the User himself/herself, provided that the latter declares his/her full name as the Beneficiary's full name or registration number as the Beneficiary's registration number. The Beneficiary goes to the parking lot in order to receive the provided benefits and services based on the terms and conditions of the reservation.

Arrival Date / Arrival Time (or Entry Time) / Departure Time (or Exit Time) / Registration Number (or Vehicle): Each Reservation is valid for a specific date and time of entry and for a specific vehicle. Based on the agreement of www.piratecruise.gr with the parking lot, the vehicle of the Reservation may be assigned to a specific parking space reserved for the Beneficiary for the Date and Time of Arrival.

Reservation Code: The unique code you generate when making a Reservation through the Website/Application.

Cancellation of a Reservation by the User: The User of the Reservation, after making a Reservation, does not have the right to proceed with a cancellation.

Cancellation of a Reservation by www.piratecruise.gr: In extreme cases where the parking lot is exceptionally full and does not use the electronic reservation management system of www.piratecruise.gr, for reasons of force majeure, it has the right to cancel a user's reservation, informing him at the same time within a reasonable period of time until the date and time of arrival. In this case, the Website/Application sends a special email message to the user of the reservation informing him of the cancellation and the reason cited by the parking lot. The parking lot or the Company may alternatively contact the user by telephone at the contact number that the latter has stated during his registration on the Website/Application or during the reservation.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITY

The visitor/member who uses the pages and services of www.piratecruise.gr accepts that he will use the Website/Application in accordance with the provisions of applicable Greek and European legislation and good morals. Comments, reviews and ratings for the Parking Spaces are only allowed to be submitted on the Website/Application by users who have accepted their services through the Website/Application.

A user acquires the right to review once his/her reservation from the Parking Space is completed.

The publication of comments/reviews that do not violate the terms of this may be made up to 10 days from the date of departure from the parking space.

User comments and reviews may (a) be posted on the Website/Application, (b) be used and placed (in whole or in part) by the Company on social media platforms, newsletters, special promotional platforms, applications and other networks owned, hosted, used or controlled by the Company.

www.piratecruise.gr is not responsible for and does not adopt the content of the comments submitted by users. Each user must comment and rate with decency. The Company reserves the right to adjust, refuse and delete comments, at its discretion, with the ultimate aim of protecting its members and affiliated businesses from any insincere, malicious and / or malicious reviews (whether positive or negative).

More specifically, the Company may not accept comments / reviews or specific parts thereof if:
